What We Offer
Through trusted partner alliances, we have been busy expanding our portfolio of products to meet our customer’s needs.
Our products are tailored to specific asphalt characteristics or specific asphalt formulations. We offer a selection of products which contribute different functionalities to asphalt and asphalt-based products.
In paving applications, our products offer improved binder quality, a proven path to including high and ultra-high RAP/RAS content, reduced lay-down temperatures, lower emissions and a more durable pavement. We offer more cost-effective alternatives to products commonly used to improve binder performance, such as aromatic oils, aromatic extracts, fats & greases.
In PMA formulations, our efficient and predictable cross-linkers reduce costs, substantially reduce batch production time, reduce emissions and reduce SBS content, all while reducing the risk of gelling the PMA batch.
Savings are realized in each of the following categories by
Added benefits to using our materials include stronger and more durable pavements or longer-lasting and more flexible roofing products, with the added convenience of incorporating our products into your mix or formulation without need for capital investment for high-shear mixing.
Working with our alliance partners, we will soon be able to offer our customers favored access to new and evolving chemistries, including:
• Food-grade & technical-grade white oils
• Naphthenic Process Oils
• Unique asphalt polymers and PG modifiers
• Straight-run Asphalt Shingle Flux
• Specialty asphalt products
• Specialty polymers for the drilling industry
In Addition to the Products described below, we can offer easy access to conventional polymers and additives, currently used in paving and roofing formulations, such as: SBS, SEBS, APP, TPO, EVA, PE/PP, GTR (ground tire rubber).

Savings are realized in each of the following categories by
- reduced material, compound and/or mix cost,
- reduced energy in processing the asphalt compound,
- reduced emissions by the ability to process or apply at lower temperatures,
- increased production and application rates, or
- a combination of two or more of these values.
